Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reset my password?

Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. You'll receive a reset link via email. If you don't receive it within 10 minutes, check your spam folder.

Can I use the app offline?

Not at the moment — the app currently requires an internet connection to access practice questions and study materials. Offline access is something we're considering for a future update.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed through the Google Play Store. Visit your Google Play purchase history and request a refund directly from Google. We cannot process refunds directly.

Is this app officially endorsed by the SIA?

No. Our app is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). We provide practice materials to help you prepare for the official SIA exam.

How often is content updated?

We regularly review and update our practice questions and study materials to keep them current with SIA exam requirements. Major updates are released quarterly.

Can I use one account on multiple devices?

Yes. You can log into your account on multiple devices, and your progress and settings will sync across all of them when connected to the internet.
