Refunds are processed through the Google Play Store. Visit your Google Play purchase history and request a refund directly from Google. We cannot process refunds directly.
No. Our app is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Security Industry Authority (SIA). We provide practice materials to help you prepare for the official SIA exam.
We regularly review and update our practice questions and study materials to keep them current with SIA exam requirements. Major updates are released quarterly.
Yes. You can log into your account on multiple devices, and your progress and settings will sync across all of them when connected to the internet.
