3. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

You May:

• Download and install the App on your personal devices

• Access and download content for offline use

You May Not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove or modify any copyright notices or proprietary markings
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Share or distribute app content outside the App

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

Refund Policy

8. Disclaimer of Educational Outcomes

The App is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Security Industry Authority (SIA).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SAABB Ventures (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Interruption of business
• Failure to pass examinations
• Device damage or data loss

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.

10. App Availability and Updates

We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:
