Your Right to Data Deletion
We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and personal information from our Door Supervisor Exam Practice app, you can submit a request using the form below or by contacting us directly.
Important: Once your data is deleted, this action cannot be undone. You will lose all study progress, performance history, and account information permanently.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will remove the following information from our systems:
- Your account information (email, name, profile data)
- Study progress and performance history
- App usage statistics and analytics data
- Device and session information
- Support communications (after 30 days)
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
For legal, security, and business purposes, some information may be retained in anonymized form:
- Aggregated usage statistics (without personal identifiers)
- Financial transaction records (as required by law)
- Security logs (for fraud prevention, anonymized after 12 months)
- Legal compliance records (if applicable)
Data Deletion Timeline
Once we receive your deletion request:
- Immediate: Your account will be deactivated
- Within 72 hours: Personal data removed from active systems
- Within 30 days: Complete deletion from all backup systems
- Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirming deletion
Note: Some data may take up to 30 days to be completely removed from all systems, including backups and cached data.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I recover my data after deletion?
No, data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure you're certain about this decision before proceeding.
Will I receive a refund if I delete my data?
Data deletion does not automatically entitle you to a refund. If you wish to request a refund, please do so through the Google Play Store before deleting your data.
Can I delete some data but keep my account?
Currently, we only offer complete account deletion. We cannot selectively delete specific types of data while maintaining your account.
What if I want to use the app again later?
If you delete your data and want to use the app again in the future, you'll need to create a new account and start over. Your previous progress and data will not be recoverable.
How will I know when my data is deleted?
We'll send you a confirmation email to the address associated with your account once the deletion process is complete, typically within 30 days.
