These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Door Supervisor Exam Practice mobile application operated by SAABB Ventures (Pvt) Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the application, users agree to be bound by these Terms. If any part is not accepted, the application must not be used.
2. License to Use the Application
A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted for personal, non-commercial use only.
Users must not:
- Modify or copy the application
- Reverse engineer or decompile
- Circumvent security measures
- Share accounts
- Extract or reproduce question content
- Use the application for unlawful or competing purposes
3. Purchases and Payments
A one-time payment of £17.99 grants lifetime access to all features.
Payments are processed via Google Play and RevenueCat. Refunds are subject to applicable laws and platform policies.

4. User Accounts
Usernames are automatically generated and cannot be changed.
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining account security
- Providing accurate information
- Keeping login credentials confidential
- All activity under their account
5. Intellectual Property
All application content is owned by SAABB Ventures (Pvt) Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.
No affiliation exists with the Security Industry Authority (SIA).
All content is original educational material designed to reflect publicly available syllabus standards.
6. Disclaimer
The application is provided on an "as is" basis. Exam success is not guaranteed.
SAABB Ventures (Pvt) Ltd makes no warranties regarding:
- Exam pass rates
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy of content (though we strive for accuracy)
- Uninterrupted service
Users are responsible for verifying current SIA requirements independently.
7. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the application (£17.99) to the maximum extent permitted by law.
SAABB Ventures (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for:
- Exam failure
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Business interruption
8. Termination
Access may be terminated for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:
- Fraudulent activity
- Account sharing
- Content extraction or reproduction
- Abusive behaviour
Users may request account deletion at any time via our Data Deletion page.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Refund Policy

All purchases are final except where required by law or platform policy.
Refunds may be considered for:
- Verified technical failures preventing app use
- Duplicate purchases

Please include:
- Order ID or receipt number
- Description of the issue
- Device and app version
Google Play refund rules apply during the platform refund window (typically 48 hours).
No refunds are provided for:
- Exam failure
- Change of mind
- User error or misunderstanding
